- SeniorGuards’ effective dates are based on the time you enrolled. If you enrolled within 2 weeks of the below annual effective dates – your membership will be active until the following effective date.There is no waiting period for your no-cost CareAngel mobile app. You can benefit and use the app day one – even without upgrading to a premium membership. Once your premium membership is active, your CareAngel app will automatically upgrade to provide you the option to add up to five (5) care recipients = monitor 5 loved ones.

Q. When does my membership begin?
A. Your member benefits begin one (1) business day after enrolling.
Q. How long is my membership?
A. Memberships are for one (1) year from date of enrollment.
Q. Once I enroll do I need to do anything else to use the program?
A. Yes. In addition to receiving your welcome letter, Legalzoom will send you and email to register with them directly it is required to take action to receive legal services along with your activating your on-line digital storage vault.
Q. What if I have general questions?
